Director of Administration who also serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO

Organize “the business” of our “family business” by cultivating organizational structures that support a company dedicated to beautiful furniture restoration, excellent customer service and an encouraging work environment.

The position requires:

  • A highly encouraging and organized leader with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to honestly and professionally lead, develop, and coordinate an administrative team -also serving as liaison to the company Bookkeeping and Marketing services.
  • Collaborating with an inter-related company leadership team and directing the administrative responsibilities of the business
  • Giving administrative support to the CEO.

Director of Customer Care, lead our team of “Customer Ambassadors” 

 Be part of a family business dedicated to beautiful furniture restoration, excellent customer service and an encouraging work environment. Build the bridge between customer and craftsman as ambassador to furniture and it’s owner.

The position requires :

  • A detailed and organized leader with strong communication and training skills.
  • The ability to honestly and professionally manage customer expectations with a positive and patient personality.
  • Knowledge regarding historic furniture styles and wood species.
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Google applications.
  • Collaborating with an inter-related company leadership team while directing the customer care and hospitality responsibilities of the company.
  • Leading a team including Customer Ambassadors and PT support staff.
